Open whole laptop and dissamble the main board
Locate bios chip
Remove the bios chip programe with eeprom writer
download latest bios from hp site of your laptop support.
extract with winrar or 7zip to get .fd or bin file
check bios type turn xxxxxxx.fd to xxxx.bin
load it using application you are using with your eeprom writer.
mount it on board and reassamble it.
turn your computer on its working with boot order.
